Our luxurious festive menus have been thoughtfully curated by Stephen Gibson to bring warmth, flavour, and elegance to your holiday gatherings. Begin your meal with an exquisite starter like the Citrus Cured Salmon, delicately paired with wasabi crème fraîche, pickled cucumber, ponzu, toasted sesame, and seaweed—a refreshing yet indulgent introduction to your dining experience. Alternatively, indulge in the comforting richness of our White Onion & Parmesan Soup, beautifully complemented by cep butter and a moreish cheese and onion toast, evoking the warm and cosy feelings we’re craving this time of year. If you’re in for lunch in Dublin the Café Christmas Toastie is full of Christmas dinner favourites like roast turkey, sage and onion stuffing and cranberry relish with a turkey gravy for dipping.
For the main course, our Wicklow Venison Loin is a real treat! This tender dish, cooked to your liking, is accompanied by a rich Bourgogne sauce, roast bunch carrot, and a crisp salsify beignet, served with velvety horseradish mash. It’s a sublime combination of hearty winter flavours, showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients.
No festive feast is complete without a decadent dessert. Indulge in our luxurious Choux Bun, filled with silky chocolate crémeux, accompanied by pistachio ice cream and drizzled with a warm hot chocolate fudge sauce. A favourite among staff!! For a more traditional finish, our Christmas Pudding is a delightful homage to a classic, served with brandy anglaise and creamy vanilla ice cream—a perfect nod to timeless holiday traditions.
