Senior Bartender

Café en Seine is a fast paced environment with 5 bars spread over 3 floors.
Evening General Manager
Cafe en Seine have an excellent opportunity for an accomplished general manager who is seeking worklife balance by working a 3 or 4 day week.
The right candidate will have the ability to oversee food service to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction with the ability to transition in tandem with the venue to a late night bar and manage the the fast paced environment in the Grand Bar, Cocktail Bar, Street Garden, Balcony Bar and Loft Bar.
The individuals hours will be based over a 3 or 4 day week dependent on their preference from Thursday through to Sunday.
